MEET ME in the MIDDLE is a program for those who wish to work with me in a very supportive and specific way.

It’s for people who are drawn to my images, already wish to work with me, are up for a creative session and are willing to:

• participate in a creative concept session that feels genuinely aligned with them

• cover the costs incurred with shooting the film used at the session

• consent to sharing the images in my portfolio, website, and on social media

• willing to be open and playful and vulnerable

As a means of supporting this art, we create together for just the cost of film

When I place a model call, it is for an immediate, time-sensitive purpose such as a workshop, for mentoring or for learning purposes. There is zero money exchanged. Folks sign a model release in exchange for images created.

Whereas MEET ME in the MIDDLE is an opportunity to sign up for specific projects that I am yearning to bring to life. It is similar to a regular session in that it is one on one with just me as the photographer, you receive a gallery of images, and are willing to cover the costs related to the film shot together.

It is for very specific projects, where my TIME and TALENT is FREE.

It is for those who value film photography,feel aligned with my vision, and would otherwise be in the market for a session of this type.

It is for those who wish to create empowering art, rooted in embodying our unique human forms, and share a bigger desire to push against the boxes of societal norms.

CURRENT PROJECTS:

• GENERATIONAL - the relations between generations, with a raw, vulnerable and tender gaze, (great) grandparents through to grandchild

• AGING - embracing the nature of time and the wisdom + gifts it bestows. Bold, unbothered authenticity. Radical self love

• MOTHER | NATURE an ongoing project capturing mother(s) and children wild and free

• Breastfeeding pregnant mother or tandem nursing mother

• Sisterhood - exploring close knit bonds within your support system, forgiveness, wisdom, acts of love and care

If you are keen on participating in a project or idea listed, and are happy to support this craft by covering the costs associated with shooting film at the session, you would apply and if a good fit, we create together. In turn, you receive film images from the session, at a major savings in comparison to a regular session.

In addition, you must be willing to sign a release so I may use the images publicly. Including living on my website, submitting to publications or contests, and being shared on social media.

This program is for those who are eager and open to create art, happily allowing me to use the images we make together.

Those who qualify must be willing to sign a release that grants me permission to use ANY of the photos for my portfolio, marketing, on social media, my newsletter, etc.

During the application process we will go over what you’re comfortable with and I remain committed to honour that.

However, you will not be able to select and chose which images are used where. If this is a concern, I do recommend booking a regular session package.

Each roll of film shot will be billed at $100 to cover the film itself, developing at a premium lab and shipping costs.

Depending on the concept, I will have an idea of how much film any project will need. No more than two rolls of film usually. You will know precisely before we begin working together.

Depending on the season and my availability, but generally 1-2 in the winter months and 1 from Spring until Fall.
